  3. We will confirm your account number and your unique company booking code within 48 hours.

  4. Book your required rooms by clicking on the book now button at the top of our website.

  5. You will receive your accommodation information by email and text messaging.

  6. We will email you a invoice for your booking, with a trade 10% discount applied.

  7. The invoice will be due for payment 21 days from arrival either by debit or credit card, or bank payment.
